Indiana attorney Kenneth A. Manning is dedicated to making client priorities his own. His honesty, diligence and personal service set him apart.
He strives to provide excellent and realistic representation while maintaining a high level of communication with clients. Attorney Manning has served clients in the Lake County and Porter County areas for more than 35 years.
As a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for more than 25 years, he maintains excellent working relationships with the U.S. Trustees’ Office and has handled thousands of bankruptcies over the years. His experience is predominantly in complex bankruptcy cases, including those involving businesses and Chapter 11 reorganization for small businesses and professionals.
He was admitted to practice in Indiana state courts, U.S. District and 7th Circuit Federal courts in 1974.
He attended Valparaiso University, where he earned his B.S. degree in 1971 and his J.D. in 1974.
Ken has earned a BV® DistinguishedTM Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, indicating he meets very high criteria for general ethical standards. As a compliment to his practice, Attorney Manning maintains memberships with the Indiana State Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT).
